Hi, I never really understood what to set the memory to so I've always left it at default. But I'm sure there is better setting to make better use of my installed memory.

What I have ( I hope this is the rite info )

A7N8X Deluxe rev 2.x
BIOS 1008 (not sure could be 1007)
2500+ Barton 333FSB - (set at 166MHz, Auto, 11.0x, Optimal)
Three Stick of CORSAIR XMM DDRAM 256M 32X64 PC-2700 C2
(set at AUTO, Optimal, 7,3,3,2.5T) I'm sure Dual-Channel is on.

Thank you
Jim

Hi Jim.

With your setup you want to make sure your ram and your fsb are synced. For example, if your cpu's fsb is 166, you want your ram to be 166 too.
