Hi, I'm having a weird underscan issue w/ my new system.

Asus P5W DH Deluxe motherboard
Asus x1950 Pro video card (PCI-E)

My display & connection are the same: Toshiba 46" DLP HDTV (native resolution 1280x720) using a DVI to HDMI connection. It does this in both XP and Vista.

I'm loosing about an inch to black bars on all four sides of the screen when the resolution is set to 1280x720. This res should be resulting in overscan, not underscan.

My previous card (9700 Pro) had overscan at 1280x720, but the "optimized" 720p setting was perfect. Now the optimized setting just results in thicker black bars (as one would expect).

Why isn't the display filling the screen as it should? I'd like to output at the TV's native resolution as I did with my 9700 Pro.

Also, in the x1950's specs it says "High quality pre- and post-scaling engines, with underscan support for all outputs". Is that a way of saying it's automatcally underscanning for me? If so, how do I turn that off?

Thanks!!!
