Underpowered power supply???

Just a quick question-

I've been having some problems with running opengl games and am wondering if it may have something to do w/ my power supply? I'm running the soyo dragon+ w/ a xp1700+. These are the numbers i'm getting from the soyo ITE Smartguardian. Do they look about right?

vcore 1.76v
vcc2.5 2.48v
vcc3 3.26v
+5 4.86v
+12 12.22v
-12 -11.29v
-5 -5.05v

Oh and the psu is the enhance atx-1125bta

thanks!

+5 looks a tad low, but that I think is within spec. Whaat rating is the power supply? If it is less then 300 watts then i say it is time for something beefier.

its a 300W (got it with the ever case deal from newegg that was in hot deals a week or two ago). how do i actually interpret these numbers? what do they all mean?

so the psu should be alright then? I'm trying to troubleshoot these problems w/ my new machine but i'm not sure where exactly the problem lies....

I'm running a 1600+ mildly overclocked with Antec 300W ps.

My 5V reading is 4.97V, all stable.

I'm no expert, but 4.86V would concern me.

Hope this helps!

How much stuff do you have? Hdd's, Dvd/Cd-rw's, zips, fans....
I had my case stuffed with gear and ran a 300w but my system would frequently fail me, on high load I could actually hear the HSF- fan alter sound according to differences in workload. I went for a 430 w and I am running real smooth since...

OK here's my current setup... maybe that will shed some light on the issue???

Soyo Dragon+ w/ xp1700+
512mb crucial pc2100 (2x256) *the best buy samsung chips. problematic?
radeon 8500 retail
liteon dvd ltd163
seagate barracuda IV 80g
onboard sound/nic
thermaltake volcano 7 w/as2
winxp pro

maybe theres something else i'm missing as to why my computer is crashing while running opengl games? (btw, i also get crc errors from my dvd when its trying to install off a cd? so maybe its crashing due to high load?
