Does anybody know how to fashion a Y shaped rope like that? Perhaps someone can buy a premade contraption similar to this sled thing? I have a bunch of weight i can use, but yeah, can anyone lead me in the right direction? what kind of rope is that? where can i get it?
 
It's not Y shaped. It's just a rope threaded through some sort of other looped rope that is attached to the sled. None of that looks that hard to make...
 
oh, look at that, i guess i could just get any old sled with a hole in it, attach a rope to it, then loop another rope through it and voila, strength machine

im just trying to do what fedor does, i got a sledgehammer too
