Underclocking video card for power savings

Yeah, I found that underclocking my card by any decent amount makes it crash as well. It's just not made to run under speed, I guess.

heh i tried setting it to 75mhz and it crashed:p go figure. underclocking crash:p

I remember seeing an article somewhere that showed the power consumption of video cards at idle vs load. Let's see if I can find it.
