underclocking Athlon 1333 to 1000 OK?

Hi,
I have an old Iwill kv200-r I use as a home server with the raid mirror. The 650mhz duron died and I needed a new CPU. The only one I could find was an Athlon 1333. The mobo only supports 100fsb setting * 10 so it is running at 1000mhz. I just let the mobo automatically set the fsb, multiplier and voltage and it reads 1000mhz.(I know chipset won't support 133fsb)

Should there be any stability issues with underclocking this cpu? Also, please let me know if I should be concerned with leaving it at default cpu voltage (AUTO) or do I need to lower voltage since running slower than made to. thanks and happy new year.

No problem. Infact some T-bird's (presuming here that it is) come unlocked as mine did, so that some people can run them at 100fsb or 133fsb.
