UnderClocking a GPU

Does anyone know of any utilities that would lower the clock speed of a graphics card simular to the PowerNow featured on AMD CPUs when there is no load on the system?

I'm running a eVGA Geforce 6800GT PCIe BTW.

I didn't think it had that option but i just check and it does have separate settings for 2d Low 3d and high 3d.

If I were to put the 2D mode to say 200MHZ would this kill my card? There's a little "!" when I put the slider under 315MHZ(normal is 350)

to be honest , I couldn't tell you. I use ATI tray ....and it will let you underclock as well. But I've never heard of anyone DAMAGING a chip because of it running slower than it's stock speed. Unless there is an issue where the voltage is too much for a slower clock speed....but I've never heard of that either....

the ! might be because performance is gonna be severely decreased under a certain speed. I don't see how you could kill something when it is underclocked...
