Underclock wont boot

Hi, I was trying to have my PC run cooler buty underclocking it. I set the Ram down to 333mhz, and now the PC refuses to POST. I have Corsiar XMX 400DDR and a 3500+ new castle. I've tried to reset the CMOS, but no help. Im gonna see if resseting it without the PSU pluged in will change it. Any idea's?


EDIT: NM, unpluging the PSU made the differance. Why would this happen tough?
