Underappreciated youtube channels

I was watching the latest video from one of my favorite youtubers and realized he has under 300k subscribers. Got me wondering, what other gems are out there with very low subscriber count? Post them. Here is the criteria (subject matter doesn't matter):
<300k subs
>2 years of content

Here is the channel that brought this up
Weird Explorer - YouTube

His goal is to document every fruit in the world he can.

Dr. Ford Brewer. Actual doc. Has personal experience in dealing with heart disease risk factors, especially insulin resistance.
Useful things I have learned from the channel include:
A1C alone may not detected poor metabolic status, while an OGTT or Kraft insulin survey would.
TG/HDL ratio matters more than raw LDL numbers.
HIIT is good to do to counter insulin resistance.

I don't agree with everything, but he tends to leave most more complex things open ended in his videos.
