Is it impartial and unbiased? Probably not entirely. Is it completely accurate? Most likely not. But it does show some of the weaknesses of "free" (Taxpayer funded) healthcare.
Frankly, I'm ok with my private healthcare knowing I can walk in and be in and out for about anything outside of surgery or monitoring in 2 hours.
The fact is "universal" healthcare is healthcare of the lowest common denominator. Sure everyone has it, but the overall quality is lower.
