Undecided on fan for swiftech mcx6400 and FX53. Please help.

I just recieved my gigabyte nforce3 ultra 939 mobo and fx53 OEM and I picked out the swiftech mcx6400 but I am undecided with the choice of 80mm fan. I was going to go with a sunon or panaflo but unless you guys have a better choice please let me know.

I know most people use the panaflo's for case ventilation but I figure it would be a good choice for a cpu as well.

Any advise is most appreciated. Thanx, Rob

Either one would be a fine choice. I have a Sunon on my Alpha PAL8045 that I control with speedfan, it runs at 2100RPM's 99% of the time and a max of 2900. At 2100 it?s nearly silent, dropping it lower doesn?t help so it never quit reaches panaflow levels of low noise, I'm guessing due to the ball bearings. Either way it can't be heard with the case closed and my two Panaflow LIA intake fans running.

The only reason not to get the panaflow would be lack of RPM monitoring which some boards require for the CPU fan, another high quality alternative would be Adda if you can find them.
