Uncompress Folders?

I have WindowBlinds on my PC (WinXP Pro) to skin Windows and notice that some themes were missing from the list. So I went to the program folder and noticed that all the themes missing had folder names that were in blue. If you highlight one it says "Attributes: Compressed". But you can go into and browse all the contents as you would any normal folder. So how can I go about uncompressing these folder? Thanks!

I believe it's:

Right click the folder, click properties, click advanced, to see the option to uncompress.
