Uncharted 3 MP is better than Counterstrike or COD or BF3

It's pretty much perfect. Fast action that is balanced between staying still and running, varied game modes, good feel for guns.

What people criticize as "floaty" aiming is the fact that UC3 doesn't have auto-aim implemented at all so it's actually a challenge to hit stuff. With thumbsticks + recoil in guns, this actually ends up being pretty good gunplay.

I didn't realize the console gaming forum was so saucy.

"For example, as of the newest patch, 1.09, it requires that the G-MAL (a weapon in the game) to get six shots in the enemy’s body, or torso, in order to get a kill."

It sounds like it takes forever to kill someone. How is that fun again?

Have you ever played a non COD/non BF3 game?

Many many old shooters requires multiple shots to the torso, instead of the 2 that is customary these days.

It becomes a game of who can better control recoil and keep their aim on the target instead of who sees the other guy first.

Uncharted 2 MP was better IMO in gunplay, controls, and visuals. Uncharted 3 has the edge in game modes, player pop, and overall fun factor.

They're the only retail games I still own for PS3, definitely the most fun I've had in a MP game in a long time. And there's certainly aim assist in Uncharted, it's just probably not as severe as in some other games.
