unblocking 2 ports for uTorrent

Maybe someone here can give me a little insight on this. I'm using uTorrent, and I've got 2 computers on my network. Both have a static ip, we'll say ip #1: 192.168.1.20 and ip #2: 192.168.1.30. I've got port 23434 unblocked for ip #1, and port 23435 unblocked for ip #2.

The pc on ip #1 works fine, however on the pc with ip #2, uTorrent keeps showing that the port is blocked. Any ideas? Thanks.

i'm not sure but i think you need two static ips from isp to pull off sharing torrents with two pcs

No, forwarding separate ports should be more than enough. If you're trying to download a torrent from the same tracker on each machine that might confuse things but only if the tracker's really poorly written.

QFT. The problem isn't just opening ports for applications, you also have to forward the port to the IP address of said computer.

Also make sure your firewall is allowing the port and/or application.
