I had a hand like that in a live game that was similar. I think we had AA KK QQ and 10 10. I don't remember how it ended, but I'm almost positive all 4 of us were all in.

I can't believe I spent 7 minutes watching something that could have been condensed to 30 seconds.

And I don't even like poker.

I always get lucky on the river and its really funny when everyone goes all in and you show your cards and they think they are gonna win.

That happened to me before (AA)...I was so happy inside...flop came (royal flush) then I realized my friends had pulled a fast one on me. Jerks

You don't like poker?!?! Obviously you haven't been watching TV at all in the last 5 years, because according to TV, poker is not only cool, you're 100% douche if you don't play online...where poker doesn't belong because it takes about 90% of the skill out of the game when you don't have to be seen by your opponents.

So did the guy that walked off have the pair of Aces? Otherwise it wouldn't have made sense.

Real time was absolutely necessary. In fact you can slow that down to 1/10 speed and it would be no less incredible, and incredible play!

My friend had AA in a tournament, and 2 other guys went all in with TT and TT preflop. That in itself isn't so messed up, other then the fact that one of the TT beat my friend's AA with a 4 card flush draw to knock him out of the tourney (he was covering 1 flush card for each player, which meant there were only 2 4 card flush possibilities).

Calculating the odds with a poker hand calculator, the AA had a 94.83% chance of winning on the flop, while both TT had 1.18% chance to win the pot.

Just to put it in comparison with the OP hand, AA vs KK vs QQ, AA is a 66.38% winning favourite versus 17.67% for KK versus 15.56% for QQ.

Similar thing happened at the WSOPE, AA vs AA, one of the AA flushed, £10,000 flushed down the toilet.

that cash game where Negreanu had 66 and Gus Hansen had 55, both hit a set on the flop and dude goes on to hit another 5 on the turn. The other cards show there could be a straight, Daniel has a full boat, so he took a lot of time to try to read Hansen. It was cash not a tourney. Hansen pushes all in, Daniel ponders and pushes in to, that one hand was like $600k that's actual dollars not just chips. He didn't even look too bothered. Awesome hand, and crazy amount of money to loose in 1 7 minute hand :)

Negreanu is SICK at reading people, I love watching him play he's so good it's scary.
