Want to file a complaint. Go to bbb.org, which loads fine. Click on File a Claim -> Business.....Website down.

While I haven't done any big time compaining(like roofing or auto job), I've had a bunch of rebates processed days after filing a compaint with the BBB.

I've been screwed a couple times and the company just responds that they did nothing wrong. I guess the positive side of it is that the BBB keeps a record of all complaints to help other people out.
