As far as I can tell, Radeon Guy got a temporary ban. When he came back, as Hi, he was a liked member of the AT community, but got rebanned for reregistering. AFAICT, there is no reason that Hi is banned other than reregistering?

So, to the mods, will you let him return after he has not posted for a couple of months?

He's accounts were banned for having Multiple. So he created another. Banned because of "multiple accounts." It was a cycle. He just wanted to be on ATOT!

And that is against the rules, until he can learn to follow rules I don't see an unbanning in his future.
