Unauthorized bank charges

Noticed an unauthorized payment on my bank acct. This person added their name to a pay bills list and it transferred a couple hundred dollars to them. It has their name and address. How long did it take for you to get the money back from the bank? I called bank and they will reverse it but I need to talk to fraud division tomorrow. Such a pain.

there is a pay bills payee list that they add their name too. Just a lot of trouble to go through.

what?! how can they add their name to your account? I thought the account holder (e.g. you) set up a payee list for each person/co. you authorize for automatic payment.

So basically this person has access to your online banking login.
I hope you changed that already.
