Unattended XP Startup...or bypass?

I have to configure and setup 20-40 machines a day. They come pre-installed with windows XP. But you have to go through the region settings, the user configuration, the "no i don't want to register" messages, "yes i'm sure i don't want to register" double confirmation, etc...and it is sublimely annoying. Surely there is a way to bypass this? A few sites i've looked at briefly mention using a disk in conjunction with the xp cd to have an "unattended" initialization...which might be more trouble then its worth based on the tutorial i read. I also seem to remember a quick anon-logon you could use for xp, but don't remember how to utilize it without researching. If anyone knows of a workaround, please point me in the right direction!

If the machines are identical couldn't you just use a disk image?

Edit: If not, the unattended setup is the only other option I've heard of.

I wonder if the OEM preinstall kit for XP and win2k might help - it's floating around the ng's occasionally, might check that out.
