Hi everyone, really hoping one of you know of a utility that will work for me.
Here's the situation, I have a site that is using Xplornet LTE for internet. Lately they've had an ongoing issue of the connection just dropping right out on them and being a real pain in the rearend. Now I've tried to be there while its having an issue but, its sporadic and I've got other places that need my attention.
Unfortunately with Xplornet's LTE connection according to their agents, they apparently can't look back through the trending/history of the connection to find out what happened. I've had to have one of the people on site log into the modem and record the stats for it.
The connection issue interrupts them enough but I would like to run a utility that will allow me to screenshot the modem page through the day to record whats going on, any suggestions?
