The details in this article aren't complete but the fact that the media won't release the video of the whole assault and the fact that the man was unarmed while Lebron tackled him is very disturbing.

According to the yahoo.com article the team would have not allowed Mr. Drysch to take a warmup shot. I seriously doubt a 50-year old man would even think about arguing with someone when they have a 75000$ payout at stake. And if an argument began you'd bet that the person who didn't have the money would just shut up.

The disturbing fact is be that Lebron wasn't arrested and the police have not released the tapes
