After the strangest of conversations – perhaps it is time to outline the ruse a little better. Just so investigators don’t go thinking the target of their “gotcha” has too much value.

Yeah, we are going into W8 territory. Clarifying the perhaps Unclarifiable.

If you want to understand the Dee Dee scheme. You must first re-wire your previous definitions. So for the sake of this post let me eliminate names and instead replace with numbers.

On March 19th, 2012, the Scheme Team interviewed an ear witness. They labeled her Dee Dee. On April 2nd, 2012, the State of Florida interviewed an ear witness. They labeled her W8, and later Rachel Jeantel.

But for the sake of understanding what really took place, we need to reset definitions.

DeeDee is 319 (three nineteen) and W8 [Rachel Jeantel] is 42 (forty two). Got it?

OK, here we go… Continue reading →

LOL .. from that CTH's article ...

Between 319 and 42 Sybrina said she met Trayvon’s girlfriend in December 2011. Yet 42
says she only met Trayvon on 2/1/12 at her 18th birthday party. And she most certainly
was NOT his girlfriend…. NO_LIMIT_NIGGA will step up on outta that grave and put a
whoop ass on anyone who would even think such a thing…. {{{yikes}}}

Trayvon’s friends are SERIOUSLY bent about this person, who looks like Precious, who
they did not know, being on TV and telling the world she was their friend’s BFF. And
getting NO_LIMIT_SCHOLARSHIPS to boot, not to mention the buckets of $$$, new

Democrat not expecting federal charges for Zimmerman

Published: July 21, 2013 at 12:42 PM

WASHINGTON, July 21 (UPI) -- A Democratic lawmaker indicated some doubts Sunday about a federal civil-rights investigation in the slaying of African-American teenager Trayvon Martin.

Rep.Donna Edwards, D-Md., said on "Fox News Sunday" a federal case against Florida neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman would be governed by "limitations of federal law."

"A jury verdict happened," said Edwards, who is African-American. "We might be disappointed with it, but it did, and the same thing would be true of a Justice Department investigation."

The contention that Zimmerman accosted Martin in a Sanford residential area because he was black was not supported by evidence in the case, she said. Zimmerman claimed he asked Martin what he was doing in the neighborhood and was jumped by Martin

Members of Congressional Black Caucus support Florida boycott

WASHINGTON, July 20 (UPI) -- Members of the Congressional Black Caucus say they support an economic boycott of Florida after the not-guilty verdict in trial of George Zimmerman.

Zimmerman was acquitted July 13 on second-degree murder charges in the February 2012 shooting death of Martin, an unarmed black teen, in Sanford, Fla.

The boycott, threatened by the Rev. Jesse Jackson, is seen as a means of overturning the state's stand-your-ground law, The Hill reported Saturday. Rep. Lacy Clay, D-Mo., said he supports the boycott as part of a "multi-pronged strategy" that includes legislation and getting laws overturned by the courts.

A drop-off in revenues "will get the attention of the powerful," he said.

The law is very clear in cases of self defense unless probable cause exists the person can't be detained, arrested, charged, or prosecuted.

So you should just take someone at their word that they used self defense?

If so keep talking shit!

Without a doubt the special prosecutor had zero probable cause and violated the law. Had they had a shred of evidence they may have gotten a judgement. Due to the lack of evidence that this wasn't a case of self defense the jury ruled "Not guilty". Per the juror that spoke they believe that GZ could reasonably fear he was in danger when he exercised force.

Where is the evidence that Zimmerman was not the aggressor? Which would have threw his self defense claim out the window!

Nice try to get this on an emotion level. My loved ones know not to assault or attack someone as the person may be armed and shoot them.

What about if someone stalked then grabbed them in the darkness of night. The what?
They either fight back or they may be raped or killed or worse!
I feel sorry for your loved ones if they would not try to defend themselves in any way possible from a creepy stranger!

As for race, the state and FBI could find no evidence that this was based on race or that GZ was a racist.

Doesn't mean he wasn't racist though. He probably just hid it like most white people do.

He definitely was racially profiling though. Evidenced by his calls to police. 100% of those were calls about black men. And he was probably wrong 100% of the time otherwise we would have heard about a time he was right. He was definitely wrong that night about Trayvon!

You bet America has race problems, and Shelby Steele identifies one of the worst: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424127887324448104578618681599902640.html … #Zimmerman

The Decline of the Civil-Rights Establishment

Black leaders weren't so much outraged at injustice as they were by the disregard of their own authority.

By SHELBY STEELE

The verdict that declared George Zimmerman not guilty of murdering Trayvon Martin was a traumatic event for America's civil-rights establishment, and for many black elites across the media, government and academia. When you have grown used to American institutions being so intimidated by the prospect of black wrath that they invent mushy ideas like "diversity" and "inclusiveness" simply to escape that wrath, then the crisp reading of the law that the Zimmerman jury displayed comes as a shock.

On television in recent weeks you could see black leaders from every background congealing into a chorus of umbrage and complaint. But they weren't so much outraged at a horrible injustice as they were affronted by the disregard of their own authority. The jury effectively said to them, "You won't call the tune here. We will work within the law."

Today's black leadership pretty much lives off the fumes of moral authority that linger from its glory days in the 1950s and '60s. The Zimmerman verdict lets us see this and feel a little embarrassed for them...

FLORIDA, July 21, 2013 — Pro-Trayvon Martin activists, coalesced in a group calling itself the “Dream Defenders,” continue their occupation of the Florida Capitol building. Their protest has now entered its sixth day.

The occupiers are gathered in the hallway outside of the governor’s and lieutenant governor’s offices, both day and night. Unsurprisingly, their presence has generated a substantial amount of media attention.

It’s no small feat for a grass-roots organization that got its start in Miami just over a year ago,” reports Kathleen McGrory of the Miami Herald.

““It’s been pretty surreal,” said Phillip Agnew, the group’s 28-year-old executive director. “And we’re just getting started.””

According to McGrory, Agnew has previous experience with civil disobedience, which included sit-ins at the Florida Capitol.

Where is the evidence that Zimmerman was not the aggressor? Which would have threw his self defense claim out the window!

All of the evidence supports that Zimmerman was not the aggressor.

1. No fighting injuries to Trayvon. Significant injuries to Zimmerman. Abrasions from punching on Trayvon's hand. None on Zimmerman.

2. A very certain and credible eyewitness who saw Trayvon pinning down Zimmerman and beating him "MMA style" while Zimmerman screamed for help.

3. Grass stains on Zimmerman's back but on Trayvon's knees. Trayvon was never on the bottom.

4. Rachel Jeantel testified that Trayvon caused Zimmerman to lose track of him. She also said he made it "by his daddy's house." He's safe at this point, so why does he go out and confront Zimmerman? We know Trayvon confronts Zimmerman that 2nd and fatal time because Zimmerman didn't know where Trayvon was, but Trayvon still knew where Zimmerman was, according to Jeantel. Why else would he go confront him other than to fight him?

Richard Conner – The “Expert” Who Panicked Nelson – Worth Re-Watching His Testimony….

Posted on July 21, 2013 by sundance

During the late night trial proffer hearing it became obvious Judge Nelson wanted Richard Conner’s testimony kicked out of her trial. And she did. But using the “francining names” placed into trial records by Don West late that night we begin to find the unknown backstory.

From those names we made a remarkable discovery. Unbelievably, it appears Trayvon’s Dad, Tracy, was actually one of the people talking to Trayvon about buying and selling a handgun. Considering the “conversation was mysteriously deleted” this appears to be a big effen’ deal. WOW.
