Duh

There is no video.

Only testimony.

George admitting to what is called "stalking" and causing the confrontation by leaving his truck to follow Trayvon.
"Thank God, there's a video."

Aw, crap...that what's G said.

If your head wasn't in your ass, your eyes and ears "may" be clear to examine the evidence presented by the....prosecution...at the trial.

Sadly you're fucked. Jim has your solution. Your only solution.

Damn sure met the dictionary definition!

All we have is testimony which the jurors seemed to ignore.

They didn't BELIEVE this person - that is not ignoring. They didn't believe her. They had no reason to.

She was the ONLY living witness to the events of that night other Zimmerman. Therefore they should have taken her account into consideration.

She seemed VERY credible on the events of that night in question.

Sorry but the police must use the law and not a dictionary.

The jury made their decision based on evidence/testimony and the applicable laws. This decision can't be appealed.

The FBI could find no evidence that GZ was racist so there will never be a civil rights case brought against GZ either.

Time for you to accept that this case is over and nothing you can say or do will ever change that.

Yep. Did you even watch the trial?

So sorry you still haven't been objective as opposed to emotional or racist.

O.K., not really. Old's need his groceries.

Nope. Just checking. Expressing my human side.

:p

lol, well thanks for checking. I'll be honest with you though, this thing has changed my perception of government and America in general. It's just a weird feeling. I mean I wasn't completely naive about government corruption, but this is just some really weird stuff and quite honestly scares me. I used to think, "hey, if you follow the law, you'll be fine." Well, that's not the case. The reality is, the media will be judge and jury, and will find you guilty prior do your day in court. And if it doesn't go their way, they will condemn you after the fact and will even pressure the government to bypass laws to in an effort to continue the persecution. The persecution of a law abiding citizen at that. One of the good guys. One of the guys you WANT in your neighborhood looking out for you. It's a time where a good guy is vilified and an attacker is made out to be the martyr. Just weird.

Based on your OPINION. They did not believe her AND HAD NO REASON TO. :)

I've heard that the police's job isn't to get the truth but to clear cases. Think that depends on where you live, imo. But...If I'm in any situation similar, "I intend to fully cooperated but I need to speak to my lawyer 1st."

I'm currently on a grand jury. If you end up on the wrong side of the law, be prepared to get the shaft.

Apparently it doesn't even matter. If you were in the same situation, you'd be let go. But if the media gets ahold of it, the government will pressure the DA to hold you and force the case to trial without sufficient evidence. And if you are found innocent, you are STILL guilty and the government continues to come after you. I mean WTF is that about?

Exactly, had they actually followed the law like the SPD and Seminole County DA did there should never have been any charges filed/arrest or trial.

No one knew what really happened and you can't just take everyone at their word.

What made Zimmerman so special that he could avoid arrest and prosecution.

If you don't believe race played a part in that then you are sadly mistaken.

If someone killed your loved one you would want a trial of the killer if nothing else to find out what really happened.

Whether a person did kill someone justifiably or not should be for a jury to decide. Not the police when there are no witnesses to the killing.

Wow.

Are you finally agreeing then that the jury made the right decision?

George Zimmerman has decided to change his name to try and fade away from all the attention.

The name: Ben Ghazi

This way Obama and the MSM will surely stop talking about him.
