Unable to view "For Sale/Trade" Section of forum

Hi, A buddy of mine refereed me to a good deal on a graphics card on this forum but I'm unable to view the "For Sale/Trade" where I believe it is located. any Idea why this would happen?

Allisolm thanks for the info,,,This policy must have changed since I last belonged.
I did forget my old login info,,so had to rejoin,,BUT I did have an excellent reputation with all that dealt with me in the Sale/Trade forum.
