To process information.

Mind is not well.

Simple things overwhelm.

What others find routine and normal can be unbearable.

Lost in the basics. No direction.

Sounding board only, replies not needed.

There are times where I can't even talk right. I stumble, stammer, almost babble. Sometimes I'm not even sure of what I say and have to repeat.

Thoughts and memories take over. I scream, yell, holler to try and break the pattern and focus on something else.

One of the main reasons I spend so much time on the web is to keep the mind focused on the inane.

Just thinking out loud, not replying… Recognition shows that there is some thinking going on. Everybody has value. There's always help available… mental health and physical health. Best to you. 😉

Is there an underlying concern that also follows the latest news about Wendy Williams? Could I get the OP's age?

I'm 76 and just watched for about ten years as my Moms slid slowly toward her death from "mild dementia" to the death certificate's finding of "early-onset Alzheimers" So I'm constantly trying to find things that challenge my brain to work in everyday matters. Signs and indications are reported by everyone I know over 70. A deceased physicist told me in recent years by using the von Neumann model of computer architecture: the aging person's "stack" in "memory" is very crowded, so it takes longer to remember things that are still "really there".

Maybe the OP could use a Xanax prescription. That's spelled "Alprazolam". I think.

You need to clear your mind and try out meditation. It helps a lot to calm your mind. There are many medicines which are helpful, but before consuming any, you should also consult a good doctor.

Consuming extra virgin olive oil, green olives or raw avocado shakes could help provide more fuel to the brain and enhance its function as well as repair mechanisms. Three months of Prolon Diet (only 5 days each month) could also help clear the mind. But if these fail to do the trick, consult a neurologist because a proper CT scan may be required to figure out what is actually going on in there.

Thanks for sharing it here. I would try to follow it out and also it would be much more helpful that you give a more detailed version of what is Prolon Diet.

Yeah sometimes I get angry, even just randomly. Still kinda grumpy right now, though less so than I was earlier. I talk to my doctor about it, but it is an ongoing progress. Plus I am getting old I guess.

Howz your liver? When I had liver issues (I would routinely have sharp pains in my side), I would burst out unpredictably and even shouted a few times at people who could easily get me fired. It's not so bad now ever since I restricted my diet and just don't eat as much junk food as I used to.

Liver is fine last i checked, I don't really get side pains like that, though sometimes back pain/neck pain. Getting old lol. But I am not a heavy drinker or anything, and I don't do hard drugs. Though one of the medications I am on can cause liver issues, though my doctor had that checked with a blood test.
