Unable to skip to a point in youtube videos

I am unable to skip specific part of youtube video in firefox

When I click on a point in the progress bar, the slider jumps to that point and the progress bar fills to that point. However, the video just starts playing & buffering from the beginning again even if video is fully downloaded.

same thing happen in IE9

Flash Version Used
11.2 (Same thing happen in newer version 11.4 & 11.5 crashes the browser)

Freshly installed Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 X64 (Updated 30 Dec 2012)

Try disabling hardware acceleration on flash

even after disabling the hardware acc. from flash setting it doesn't solve the problem

Delete everything from website storage.

If that doesn`t work delete the cache from your browser.

i notice this problem time to time. selecting a different porno stream usually works. very annoying when all you want to see is the good part
