I've been running the RC version for awhile now, and I have not been able to load the Disk Management service. I've checked all of the services associated to see if they are running...I've unplugged all other drives, except for the OS drive...I've ran a few error scans which turned up normal...the event log shows an error(Source: VSS, Error ID:12...I believe), but I can't seem to find anything through google on this...still can't load.
The only theories I have is that something may have happened in the Win7 install (although everything else seems to be running normal); or when I recently installed a WD1001EADS as a data drive and I installed/formatted with Acronis. In the bios boot priority, it shows the the 1tb as the primary(...?), but it's not my os drive. Also, the power recently went off at my house and upon reboot it had set the 1tb drive as 1st boot priority (probably because it's the primary). I'm not really sure how it initially got set as the primary, consisdering I had 2 other drives installed already, with 1 being the OS. I'm not sure if this could be causing the Disk Management issue, but who knows.
Any help would be awesome.
