Unable to run command under windows XP

I am running windows xp. When I go to Start -> Run and type in Command in order to get to the pseudo DOS prompt (in order to run 'NSCheck /uninstall' to get rid of a brower-hijacker [Marketscore] on my computer), I get this error:

How about Start > Run > cmd?

Command and cmd both work for me.
