I'm trying to install Napster software on my office machine. Apparently, something is blocking my desktop from connecting to Napster. It gives the above-listed message. I've tried configuring proxy setting with an IP address and port number given by a friend, but it didn't work. According to the friend, the port has been blocked. Please let me know how to get around it. Thanks so much.
