Unable to Overclock my ASUS CUSL2 Motherboard

I purchased a ASUS CUCL2 815e motherboard with the intent of over-clocking the system. Anantechs review indicated it is a great board to overclock with. I purchased a 128MB PC133 chip and a Celeron II 566 mhz processor quarantined to run 850 mhz. I have checked that both the chip and the memory ran fine at 850mhz on an Abit BE6 board at 1.75v. The CUSL2 system operates fine at the default of 566mhz at the standard bus speeds of 66/66/33 CPU/MEM/PCI. It even works at 83/83/41 but when set to the over-clocking speeds of 100/100/33 the system will not even post. All I get is the beep code associated with bad video memory or missing video card. I have tried both an AGP and PCI video card on the board with the same results. I called Sunshinestar.com where I bought the guaranteed Celeron II 566 and they indicated they had experienced problems overclocking Celerons on this board and therefore did not sell it with the Celeron II. I have tried flashing the bios to the latest version 1002. Do you know of any method of overclocking the celeron II chips with this board? If not what PIII chip would be a good overclocker while still being relatively inexpensive?

Thanks for all the trouble you guys go to for us fellow computerphiles. Great site!!!

Ok i won the same mb with a 733 o/c to 1017. No problems. First thought you might not like the sound of this but go get Bios version 1003 final or 1003 Beta 006 or 1004 Beta 003. All work good and solve a problem called cold booting for some people. Problem is till that mb posts it uses the default vcore which is not enough for some overclocked chips to run at. Next check out your ram timings, this motherboard likes good ram with good settings otherwise it is like a 2year-old. Besides that the board rocks and is rock solid for me at 185mhz bus at 1.8 volts. Almost to the bus speed of an AMD, if i only had a better pci divider I could make 200mhz bus.
