Unable to install XP onto SATA HDD

I have recently purchased a WD 160Gig SATA and am trying to install Windows XP. Now, its recognised within boot up but when CD boots Windows cannot find any storage devices.
I have tried to use the F6 driver install, but the driver disc that is supplyed is corrupt or something. I have also tried to get the required driver off of the MSI website but to no avail.
Can anyone help find the correct drivers?

MSI K8T Neo [MS-6702 Ver:1.0]

If you are just installing SATA , you don't need the drivers in XP. You need those drivers to install RAID, however. Make sure you have the following settings in BIOS:

ONCHIP IDE DEVICE (enter)
IDE Bus Master--------Enabled
OnChip IDE-1 andIDE-2---- Enabled
All the drive settings----Auto

ON CHIP SERIAL ATA
OnChip Serial ATA Mode----IDE
SATA RAID ROM-----Enabled
OnChip Serial ATA-----Enhanced
Serial ATA 1 Mode(IDE3)-----IDE-3 Master
Serial ATA 4 Mode(IDE4)----IDE-4 Master

Disconnect any IDE drives until you get Windows installed oni the SATA or the IDE drive will steal drive letter C:.

I've had a look through the BIOS and there isnt any menus or settings reminisent to the ones you are describing.
Nothing that depicts the OnChip Serial ATA or OnChip IDE Device...

Cheetah,
I've had a look on the CD but there is no function to allow me to create another disc. I've had a look at what is actually on the CD too, but, yet again, there is nothing helpful. I've tried to make a disc with what I think is required but no success.
Any other ideas?

I'm not familiar with MSI MOBO, I have Abit. I checked Google and saw your board does support SATA through an onboard Promise controller. I'm guessing, but it sounds like that onboard controller is similar to using a PCI controller card, but not sure. Somewhere in your BIOS there should definitely be settings to enable/disable SATA. Not familiar with using a controller, so hope someone comes along. Have you tried searching Google, or search using MOBO model on the help forums. Or MSI tech spt/FAQS, etc.
