Unable to install Virtu or Intel IGP Driver

Howdy all - I recently put together a new build with the specs below:

i7 2600k
Asrock Extreme4 z68
Intel 160 gb 320 SSD
8gb Gskill DDR3 1600
Radeon 6970 2gb

All's running smoothly except I can't install the driver for the Intel IGP which I believe I need to install Virtu to use Quicksync.
When I try to install the Intel IGP driver it tells me my machine doesn't meet the minimum system requirements, and the Inel IGP is nowhere to be found in device manager. Any ideas what I'm missing to enable the IGP?

Any advice greatly appreciated - Thanks...

First take out the video card and try running off just the IGP. Then go to Intel's site and get the latest drivers. Try installing Virtu before plugging the card back in. With Virtu you use the mobo's video ports not the video card's.

YOu need to be running Win7, and you don't need to manually install any IGP drivers. Just enable the IGP in BIOS and let windows do its thing. Virtu will not install without the IGP enabled. If you do have Virtu installed and you later disable the IGP, Virtu will disable itself.
