Unable to get RAID Controller Card Working

I purchased a PCI IDE 133 Controller card because I want to hook up some extra drives. So, I installed the card and its drivers, and when I go to the Device Manager the card has a yellow exclamation point next to it.

The message says: This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. Code 12.

I am running XP HOME
Motherboard is an ASUS A7N8X deluxe with a drive on each one of the built in IDE drive channels.
The IDE Controller card is a Silicon Image SiI Ultra-133 Medley ATA Raid Controller

Is it possible that the onboard SATA Raid controller is enabled in BIOS, if so disable. Assuming that your are not using the onboard raid....could be a conflict of both controllers thats causing that.

That though occurred to me after I posted this, so I went into the bios and disabled everything that I don't use (parallel port, serial port, game port, and etc.) Now, it works fine. Thanks for the advice.
