Unable to get into "old account"

I have an old account under the name "OVERKILL" that I am unable to access. I tried using the lost password link several times with no luck.

Would you be able to help me get that account back and close the BBQ_Guru account?

I would love to go back to buying things on the For Sale forum and continue using my heat account.
