Unable to get Flash Working on Vista

hello everyone, I am new here
I am having an issue on both of my dekstops since yesterday. I am unable to get FLash working with Internet Exploder. Here is what has happened...

I was installing Zune software and was having issues with it on Vista 64 Ultimate. Well, long story short, since I have installed Zune I am not able to view any of the flash sites, I also installed Zune on my laptop on Vista 32, same issue. Well, I went to FLash website and installed the v9.0 with no issues at all, I even got the little flash movie, but then when it promts to restart IE, same issue, it does not think I have Flash installed.

Are you using the 64bit or 32bit version of Internet Explorer?

The newer version of flash crashed my IE7 for a good day or two. Several uninstall/reinstalls fixed the issue. If I can find where I documented it(I work in IT and wanted to note the problem in case other users ran into the same issue) I'll shoot you a PM.

The flash movie may play after the install however it doesn't mean it will actively work with everything else. Try disabling/deleting the plugin from "Manage Add-ons" or whatever in IE.
