Unable to find win.com -->dual booting

I'm running a 98SE and Win2000 dual boot. The problem is, I took out one of my extra hard drives after I installed both, so the drive letters have changed. Now, when I select Win98 from the 2000 boot menu, it can't find the win.com file to start 98 because it's looking on the wrong drive. How can I fix this?
