Before I describe my problem let me provide details about my setup:
CPU:AMD A10-7700k
Motherboard:MSI A88XM-E35
Graphics Card: Sapphire AMD R7-240 1GB DDR5
Ram:2x4GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3(Total :8GB Ram)

So I've been wanting to enable dual graphics on my computer for a long time now and I watched a video saying that for one to be able to do that RAM in dual channel is required so i went ahead and bought the 2nd Stick of 4GB ram but I when i go to Catalyst Control Center(CCC) under the performance tab i only see "CPU Power" and "AMD Overdrive" no option for "Dual Graphics ".
If you look at the Dual Graphics 'pairing' suggestions below I'd think my setup is an ideal combination for this to work.

Link to reccomended APU/GPU combinations

Ive read that one has to change the settings in the motherboard's BIOS and my current settings are :
Initiate Graphic Adapter:IGD
Initiate Graphic Device: Dual Graphics
Integrated Graphics Share Memory:[Auto]
How could i go about enabling Dual Graphics now , because to me its very important as mine is a very low end setup and enabling both APU & GPU to work together could greatly increase my gaming performance.
It would be really great if someone could help me with this as ive been struggling for a long time.

Thanks in advance!!

It could be a non-intuitive BIOS setting that needs to be changed. For example, any "auto" settings may need to be manually set to another option, or something silly like that.

I'd suggest just writing down the list of BIOS choices to adjust, and methodically adjusting each one then rebooting. Or maybe give more details of what your BIOS options are? Like the Initiate Graphic Adapter, maybe you need to change that setting?

I' tried every permutation of those three settings but still the same result :/
What would be a foolproof method of checking if all the drivers for both my APU and GPUare installed correctly.

What drivers? are the ram matched into the same colored slots? if not they its still running in single mode instead of dual channel mode.

also check what speed your ram is set to; if its below 1866 dual graphics won't be available to you...

Thank you so much for that answer! Finally able to solve the problem! :D My ram is 2X4GB modules running in dual channel(My MoBo only has 2 RAM Slots) however the problem seems to be that they are 1600mhz Modules(Model no:CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9) so sadly it looks like i wont be able to run dual graphics. :/
But thanks anyway for that response ! Finally figured out why i wont be able to run Dual Graphics!
Lastly will overclocking my ram make sense in this scenario and enable dual graphcs and if so could someone point me to a helpful resource on ram overclocking?
Thanks :D

There should be a setting for Multi-Monitor in the BIOS, enable this and you should be able to use the hybrid CrossFire.
Also to remember, only install the driver for the dGPU (R7 240 in your case) and not the driver for the iGPU.

well with ram being so cheap - I'd by 2133 8 gig and see if you can see or trade your ram in to help with the cost.

Yea took a little digging on and makes sense as your apu gpu will be slowest part; so keeping it fed with fast ram is keep.

Well, overclocking your RAM may not work and may make your whole system unstable. I would just buy some DDR3-2133, it will also make your integrated graphics a lot quicker :)
