I am having problem with updating my BIOS. Actually I am trying to downgrade my BIOS from BETA bios recently listed on ASUS website to one I already had. I am having issues with BETA Bios so I want to downgrade.
I dont have Floppy drive. I have to press DEL (delete) to get into BIOS setup screen. When I booted and went into BIOS settings, then selected EZ FLash 2 from one of them menus and started EZ Flash 2 app. However after getting into it, when I select C:\ folder (root folder of my primary hard drive) where I have copied .ROM file, it doesn't show anything in there. For some reason it wont read directory content. I even tried updating using my newest Sandisk 8GB Flash Drive and did same but it wont even recognize drive. It's not seen on left panel where list of drives are.
I also tried to use ASUS Update which allows updating in windows environment. I upgraded to BETA bios using ASUS Update but now it wont work for downgrade since it only allows Upgrade. As soon as I select older .ROM file it says, file is older than current version and it quits.
Please help me...
