    I have a Dell Inspiron 1525, Pentium Dual-Core rocessor with C drive size of 232 gb with 164 gb free.

    Can you go to hotmail.com and login there to access that folder?

    Have you tried starting with /resetnavpane switch?

    Start-> Run; "<path to outlook.exe>\Outlook.exe" /resetnavpane

    Make sure you change the <path to outlook.exe.> portion in that command to the actual path to the location of outlook.exe (C: \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office.outlook.exe, for example - yours is probably not exactly the same).
