Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the specified

This is what I get when I try to see the 5 items in my hotmail junk folder in Microfost Outlook 2003.

I spemnt ages getting hotmail as a folder in O 2003 and this is what I am now getting.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525, Pentium Dual-Core rocessor with C drive size of 232 gb with 164 gb free.

Please can anyone help me to resolve this matter please?

Can you go to hotmail.com and login there to access that folder?

Yes I am abloe to login to hotmail and alll folders in there.

Have you tried starting with /resetnavpane switch?


Start-> Run; "<path to outlook.exe>\Outlook.exe" /resetnavpane

Yes I have MOC.

Nothing happens when i type run then enter "<path to outlook.exe>\Outlook.exe" /resetnavpane

Make sure you change the <path to outlook.exe.> portion in that command to the actual path to the location of outlook.exe (C: \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office.outlook.exe, for example - yours is probably not exactly the same).

I am struggling a littlehere as I cannot seem to put the right thing.

Outlook.exe is located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11

Please help me by advising the corrent thing to type in.

Ok I think I managed that although it still came up with the message saying thathttpmail.asp is now offline
