unable to detect soundcard

Recently I bought a new soundcard i.e. Creative sound blaster live for my Compaq deskpro pentium 575. The problem that I had is the computer is unable to detect the soundcard and unable to restore the driver. The message by the computer is "minimum requirement to install the soundcard is CPU 133mhz and 16 RAM". My CPU is pentium 75mhz and RAM 24mb. Please help.
 
It's fairly obvious given the message that you have, your CPU dos not meet the minimum requirements of 133MHz, since you only have a Pentium 75. Get a faster CPU.
