unable to copy drivers.cab durring win2k install

my computer at work just all the sudden stopped turning on, it would reboot no matter what way i tried loging into it, safe mode, command prompt, anything, so i tried to reformat it and i got the error that said it was unable to copy drivers.cab. so far i ahve ran disk diagnostics (came out fine), low leval formated the drive, tried 3 different win2k cds, and tried 2 cd rom drive. does anyone know why i would get the error.

well i replaced the memory and it got passed that point so hopefully that was it.
