Hey Gang,

Under W2k, I could log onto an account with Domain Admin (NT4 Domain) privileges and connect to another computer through the management console and do things like look at or even partition the hard drives in the other computer. Now, with everything else the same, except using WinXP (SP2) for the machine doing the managing, I get the following if I try to look at a remote computer's hard drives:

Unable to connect to Logical Manager Service

Any ideas? I googled the term but got zero hits.

Expand on that. I'm not sure exactly what you meant

I can connect from a Win2K machine to "Machine A's" drives.
If I get on a WinXP machine and try the same thing, I get the error.

What is it you think?
