Unable to change my sig

Yesterday I was adding the link for my system specs and I kinda messed up the code. Now there's no option to change my sig, I know how to fix the code for it easily.
 
The space in the name thing isn't an issue anymore.

There are other threads about this. The html for the entire page after the signature text box is being placed in your sig. This means the code for the "submit" button is in the sig text box and isn't getting rendered on the page.

You'll have to PM a mod and have them clear out your sig.
