Unable to change my profile...

i continue to be unable to alter my profile. when i go to profiles and make the changes (time zone and email address), i get an 'error 578' message stating that i do not have access to this forum. also, i'm logged out.

anyone there who can help me clean up my profile? thanks!!

I got that error when I tried to use my hotmail, or yahoo e-mail address, but I was able to change it to my comcast e-mail address.
