Unable to browse Network Neighborhood

I was playing around in group policies on my server and now it will not let anyone browse network neighborhood, not even admins.

What do I need to do to fix this?

Windows Server 2003 Std.

Cant you do a system restore?

Im not familiar with win2k3 (or anything post-win2k..hehe) though

This was weeks ago when I just installed 2003. I seriously have no clue.
