Unable to boot system from CD with Soltek SL-75DRV2 Motherboard

Dear ,

I am using Soltek SL-75DRV2 Motherboard. I have tried 2 brand CDROM and still unable to boot from CDROM. I was trying to install WindowsME, which is a bootable CD. I have also tried to set the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd boot device to CDROM but it still doesn't work. Please help me to resolve this problem. Thank you !

I would put in a bootup floppy (make sure you set it to 1st bootup device) and run fdisk, and delete and recreate the main partition. Then restart and set 1st boot device to cdrom and reboot with ME disk in the drive.
