Unable to access media net on smartphone..

I have media net service on my smartphone and while I'm able to access normal websites, I'm unable to access the cingular site on my phone that has all of the 'features'. When I mean features I mean crap that is suppose to come with my plan like sports news, videos and other things. I don't know what the webpage for the media net site and so I don't know what to do. I don't think putting in the standard cingular website on my phone would help things much...

If you have a cingular website account, you can log on, and go to the support section. In there you select your phone and they have nice walk throughs for setting that stuff up.

I bought my phone off ebay and had to log on there to setup my internet, media net and mms messages.

Seriously. Don't call them, go to a store. The only thing I hate about Cingular is their phone customer service is completely stupid when it comes to issues like this.

More times than not, they've made my issues worse when it came to problems with my Media Net.
