The Moderators are not going to unban someone due to a forum issues thread (rare exceptions do occur, such as dennilfloss's unbanning, but he had served his time).

Almost every permbanned person "has some admirable qualities", and if anyone considers bringing Rollo back, there are throngs of other banned members that deserve to be reinstated far more than Rollo does.
