UMPC Motherboard

I was so excited by the VIA EPIA PX10000G motherboard released last year (100mm x 72mm) that I fancied the idea of building my own UMPC device. I noticed that the commercial cases all mount the hard drive on top of the motherboard to get the smallest form factor possible (150mm x 110mm x 45mm) and figured that by putting them side by side I should get a much more portable device.

The target device form factor is an A5 sized tablet no deeper than an existing laptop (210mm x 148mm x 30mm). This format is just big enough to take a standard 8.4 inch touch screen and should make a very nice UMPC tablet device (160Gb, 1Gb, 1Ghz etc).

However, the VIA motherboard is 30mm deep minium (10mm under the motherboard and 18mm on top of the motherboard. This presents some serious design limitations. I need to try and get a motherboard that is no more than 20mm deep. If all of the components had been on one side of the board then this would have been perfect (a 100mm by 100mm form factor would still be very small).

Does anyone know of any other motherboards that might fit into this form factor? Maximum size for the motherboard should be no more than 120mm x 148mm. I can find plenty of boards around this size but they all either mount components on both sides of the board or put so many connectors on the motherboard that the high becomes unusable.
